How much does shipping cost?
Priority shipping is a flat $8.99 on all orders within the USA.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Select "Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order at our Surfside, FL boutique.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we don't offer international shipping directly. However, you're welcome to use a freight forwarding service — we'll ship your order to your chosen forwarder within the USA, and they'll handle onward delivery to your international address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your order status page — you can start your return or exchange directly from there, no need to contact us first. Just look for the "Start a Return" option on that page. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out through our Contact page and we'll walk you through it.
