Return/Exchange Policy
Purchases made at TRrunway.com can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the day you received the order. TRrunway will provide you a full refund for the original purchase price if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your items and let us know why you would like to return it and ship it back to us, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag. After the 3 day period, If you do not wish to exchange it for another item at that time you will be issued a web or store credit for future use.

Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items are final sale.

Defective items (if applicable)
We inspect every item that is shipped out, if you receive your item with a defect please notify us within 3 days from the day you received it, simply send us an email to trrunway@gmail.com and you will get a full refund.
