Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached and in original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for refund.

Returns: Once your return is approved through our online return portal, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (size or color): Prefer to exchange rather than return? Email us directly at trrunway@gmail.com and we'll waive the $9.95 return shipping fee for exchanges. (Note: exchanges started through the online return portal are treated as a standard return and the $9.95 fee will apply — email us to get the fee waived.)

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final sale items: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
