Shipping policy

Order processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Surfside, FL location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (USA) Priority shipping is a flat $8.99 on all orders within the USA. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after processing.

In-store pickup Local customers are welcome to pick up online orders at our Surfside, FL boutique. Select "Pickup" at checkout.

International shipping At this time, we don't offer international shipping directly. You're welcome to use a freight forwarding service. We'll ship your order to your chosen forwarder within the USA, and they'll handle onward delivery to your international address.

Order issues If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received tracking updates within 5 business days, contact us at trrunway@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
