Return/Exchange Policy

Purchases made at can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the day you received the order. TRrunway will provide you a full refund for the original purchase price if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your items and let us know why you would like to return it and ship it back to us, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag. After the 3 day period, If you do not wish to exchange it for another item at that time you will be issued a web or store credit for future use. 

Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items are final sale.

Defective items (if applicable)
We inspect every item that is shipped out, if you receive your item with a defect please notify us within 3 days from the day you received it, simply send us an email to and you will get a full refund.

Who pays for the shipping back to the store?

You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the item back to the store.


Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit for an item you are returning, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit you will receive.


How long will it take for me to get my exchanged item?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, usually items will reach most of the continental U.S. within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped.
