Return/Exchange Policy

Please read carefully before making your purchase.

Purchases made at can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of the day you received the order ( NO EXCEPTIONS). TRrunway will provide you a full refund for the original purchase price if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your items and let us know why you would like to return it and ship it back to us within the 3 days, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag.

If the original shipping cost is more than U$S 7.99 the difference will be deducted from your refund.

If you need a return shipping label we could send it to you, the cost will be deducted from you original payment. please send us an email to requesting the label. (this process does not extend the time of our return policy)

We will not charge you the new shipping if you are exchanging items.

After the 3 day period, the item can be exchange within the 10 days of the day that you received the order for another item or it will be issued a store credit for future use. If you want a refund a 20% restocking fee will be applied.


Store credits will be issued via email as soon as we get the return. An email will be sent with the code to use on your next purchase.

Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale items are final sale.

Defective items (if applicable)
We inspect every item that is shipped out, if you receive your item with a defect please notify us within 3 days from the day you received it, simply send us an email to and you will get a full refund.

Why are we so strict we the return policy?

At TRrunway sometimes we have exclusive pieces and limited quantities of the same style to provide each of our clients some exclusivity about our products. By the time we ship to our clients and get the return back we loose the opportunity to sell it to somebody else. That is why we believe it is fear to issue store credits. 

Who pays for the shipping back to the store?

You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the item back to the store.


Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit for an item you are returning, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit you will receive.


How long will it take for me to get my exchanged item?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, usually items will reach most of the continental U.S. within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped.

 If after 5 days you did not get it. we will check with the carrier what happened and open an investigation.

TR is not responisble for packegaes lost by the Carriers.

Can I exchange my item in the store?
